AC-DC and DC-DC power, designed for the platform.
We design converters, power distribution units and protection electronics for naval, airborne and land platforms. Topology, magnetics, layout, EMI filtering and qualification are handled by one in-house team.
From the mains input to the last load.
We cover the whole power path: conversion, distribution, protection and monitoring. Each block is designed against the platform’s input standard, environment and EMC limits.
AC-DC power supplies
Single- and three-phase front-ends with rectification, power factor correction and an isolated DC-DC stage. 115/230 VAC and 400 Hz aircraft inputs.
DC-DC converters
Non-isolated buck, boost and buck-boost regulators, and isolated flyback, forward and LLC converters for 12, 24, 28 and 48 V buses.
Power distribution units
Rack-mounted and embedded PDUs with operator circuit breakers, fused outputs, status indication and military circular connectors.
Protection electronics
Surge suppression with MOVs and TVS diodes, reverse-polarity protection with ideal-diode MOSFETs, inrush limiting and e-fuses.
EMI / EMC filtering
Common- and differential-mode filters sized from pre-compliance scans, for MIL-STD-461, IEC 60945 and DO-160 limits.
Magnetics & thermal
Inductor and transformer design, loss budgets, heatsinking and conformal coating for sealed, fan-less enclosures.
See how the energy moves.
Every converter is a switch, a magnetic element and a capacitor working in a fixed rhythm. Choose a topology to see the current path and the waveforms we tune during design.
From 230 VAC to a clean, isolated DC rail.
An AC-DC supply is a chain of stages. Each one shapes the waveform before passing it on: EMI filter, rectifier, power factor correction, isolated DC-DC and output regulation.
Designed to survive the ship, not only the bench.
A naval or vehicle power system sees salt fog, humidity, vibration and dirty supply lines. We design for that from the first schematic.
- Clearance and creepage sized for pollution degree 2 and overvoltage category II
- No electrolytic capacitors where lifetime and temperature matter
- Conformal coating and anodised, corrosion-protected enclosures
- Qualification test plans for temperature, damp heat, humidity, vibration and EMC
- Documentation: user manual, maintenance guide, BOM and traceability records
Eight gated steps, one team.
