Description

A high-throughput Low-Density Parity-Check forward-error-correction codec delivering near-Shannon-limit performance for modern wideband links. Configurable for multiple standards and code rates, including DVB-S2/S2X, CCSDS 131.0-B-3 (telemetry channel coding), and 5G NR LDPC. Block sizes, code rates, and decoder iteration count are run-time selectable, allowing trade-offs between throughput, latency, and coding gain. Designed for FPGA fabric efficiency on both Xilinx/AMD and Intel/Altera devices. Target applications: Satellite downlinks, ground modems, high-throughput tactical datalinks, deep-space communication, broadband backhaul.
